Email Settings for Outlook Express
In your outlook express menu go to Tools, Then select Accounts
Click Add Button and Select Mail...
Type your name like to appear in email account and click next
Type your email address and click next
Select POP3 and enter mail.server101.com for both fields and click next
Type the account name and password
Then you can see successfully message
Select your mail and go to Click Properties
Then Click Server Requires Authentication and click Settings
Select Log on using and enter Account Name , Password
Setup your email settings Microsoft Windows through control panel
Please verify your email settings are ok to enter correct user name and the password. This is the method to create your mail settings.

How we can create mail setup Mail in control panel.
Go to control panel in your computer and open mail. ( Following method for Operating system who use as Microsoft Windows ).
Select Add and Enter Profile Name You need to Create for email Account.
Then If your Network connection is Established it will show your connection is Ok as right mark and also not established it will appear as cross mark. You can see form as follows.
